Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be processed for bookings made under the Mandrella Awasiye Plots developed by SBL Real Estate.

Refund for Unsuccessful Applications

• All unsuccessful applications will be refunded within 30 days from the date of allotment.
• Refunds will be processed to the same account details provided during registration.

100% Refund Policy (No Allotment)

• If the allotment is not confirmed, a 100% refund will be issued.
• No deductions or additional charges will apply in such cases.

Cancellation by Allottee

• In case of cancellation by the allottee, the refund will be processed within 60 days after the completion of due diligence.
• The refund will be credited to the same bank account used during registration.
